Spatsizi supports the largest herd of caribou in British Columbia. Most of the caribou are part of a resident herd and most of their travel is within our guiding area.  These caribou are the largest bodied of all caribou and support truly impressive antlers. Many caribou from the Spatsizi herd are recorded in the SCI and B&C record books. Hunting is conducted using horses, boats, and aircraft to spike camps. We recommend to combine a caribou hunt with a moose or goat.
